The complexity of our life reinsurance business is nowhere more evident than in the financial side of our business. Entry-level, mid-career and highly experienced accountants, financial analysts and financial systems analysts are hired to work on teams in our general accounting, product line accounting and legal entity accounting areas.

High achievers in our finance department love to work with numbers the way forensic scientists love to work a crime scene. Problem solving, solid analysis and technical skills are keys to success in these roles. The fast-paced environment requires individuals to work both independently and collaboratively and to be adaptable to change. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are a must.

The most effective financial analysts and accountants are highly motivated self-starters capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting sometimes challenging deadlines. You are able to work extended hours as necessary, particularly at month-end and quarter-close, and have strong PC skills in a Windows©-based environment. Prior experience in life insurance or financial services is desirable.
