Marjorie Bridges is Vice President of Client Administration – Operations. She provides vision and leadership, driving improved organizational productivity and performance to maximize operational efficiency for SCOR Global Life’s US reinsurance operations.
Marjorie joined SCOR in 2006 as an analyst in Risk Management. Blending her background in business with her passion for psychology, Marjorie is drawn to the study of workplace dynamics, working to motivate employees, and improve corporate practices to create healthy and productive work environments. Her desire to help organizations and employees attain the highest performance and job satisfaction have led to success in leading teams and increasingly challenging opportunities at SCOR.
A Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Marjorie is an active member in the Reinsurance Administration Professionals Association where she promotes best practices in the insurance and reinsurance industry. She is a Fellow, Life Management Institute, a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master..
Marjorie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Management and Society. She then obtained her Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina / Kenan-Flagler Business School.
