Jeanne joined the company in 1995
and has made significant contributions to the business by working with clients
and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate set up and communication of new
wins, capital optimization projects and data integration quality control work.
She holds a bachelor of science
degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the
University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Jeanne obtained her Business
Process Management Certification from UNCC and has dedicated years to improving
processes to enrich the client experience and ensure alignment of clients
reporting to financials.
