Hiroe has more than 15 years of experience in reinsurance industry. She has been involved in various strategic analyses and research covering the life insurance market and consumer trends (U.S. and global), product development, financial analysis, M&A, competition, client management, new market opportunities and regulatory changes.
Promoted to her current role in 2015, Hiroe leads SGL Americas’ strategic market, client, competitor analysis and various market-related research initiatives.
Hiroe holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and bachelor's degree from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. She completed a Strategic Management Graduate Certificate program at Harvard University Extension School in December 2015.
She is a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and a member of LOMA.
