As part of SCOR’s new Transformation and Simplification Office, Jennifer is the lead Agile Coach for the Americas and supports the Agile Center of Excellence by offering coaching, training and expertise on agile methodologies.
Jennifer joined SCOR in 2014 as a Scrum Master supporting the Velogica U.S. team. Her enthusiasm for and expertise in agility and continuous improvement have helped teams she’s trained, coached and worked with deliver innovative value to the organization consistently for nearly a decade.
A passionate advocate for the benefits of organizational agility, Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in education and Agile methodologies. She is a member of the Scrum Alliance, Agile Alliance and the local chapter of Women In Agile.
Jennifer is a graduate of California State University, San Marcos with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Secondary Education teaching credential in Social Science and maintains Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and Scrum Profession certifications though Scrum Alliance.
