Christine is well-known for her ability to develop
sustainable operational process to support business strategies and objectives.
She is currently responsible for the overall operations of Latin American and
Canda and leads the Operations unit strategies to support business initiatives.
She works in conjunction with the business unit’s senior management team to
integrate activities, resolve conflicts and address problems to ensure the
business unit meets its targets.
Before
being named to her current role in 2009, Christine led the US claims and
retention management teams. Prior to
joining the company in 2004, she led the general accounting functions for the
US Shared Services Center of the American Red Cross.
Christine holds a master's
degree in business administration and a bachelor of arts degree in accounting
(magna cum laude), both from Queens College in Charlotte. She is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina
Association of Certified Public Accountants.
