As Head of HR for the Americas, Nicole is responsible for the oversight and delivery of human resources strategy and operations throughout the Americas.
Nicole joined SCOR in 2013 and quickly became a key contributor on the HR team. While Nicole has held several roles during that time, she most recently led the HR function for the Life & Health Division, where she played a central role as a member of the US Life Leadership team and the Americas Ambassador for SCOR4Good. She was promoted to her current role in 2023 for her demonstrated leadership, skills, energy, and dedication.
