Promoted to her current role in 2017, Nicole is responsible for leading the HR function in the Americas. She joined the company in 2013.
Prior to joining SCOR, Nicole worked as a senior HR generalist at Balfour Beatty Construction. She holds a bachelor of arts from Pfeiffer University and a master of business administration degree from East Carolina University.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the local chapter of the organization, the Charlotte Area Society for HR Management.
