Don began his career with the company in 1998 as a senior underwriter,
but his responsibilities have progressively grown to include supervising the
implementation and ongoing monitoring of various underwriting systems,
assisting clients and vendors during numerous underwriting technology
initiatives and supporting internal and telecommuting underwriting staff.
Prior to joining the company, Don worked as an underwriter at
Nationwide Life Insurance Company and Midland Life Insurance Company as well as
senior underwriter at Integon Life Insurance Company.
He holds a master of business administration degree with concentration
in management information systems from the University of Dayton and a
bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio State University in
Columbus.
