In her current role, Deb leads the Group Health Claims Department which focuses on HMO Reinsurance, Provider Excess, Medical Excess and Employer Stop Loss products. She is the primary contact with clients and brokers for all claim inquiries and participates in new client implementation meetings.
Deb joined the SCOR team in 2016. Prior to that, she spent 25 years working at Prudential Insurance Company and Allianz Life in a variety of leadership roles in reinsurance as well as the first-dollar side. Prior management experience includes leading HMO Reinsurance, Provider Excess and Medical Excess claims department. She was instrumental in building a repricing claim system unique to the industry to auto-adjudicate HMO reinsurance and Provider Excess claims. In prior roles, Deb has also held leadership positions in claims auditing, Human Resources and policy/contract departments.
