Promoted in 2022, Brianne is responsible for educating the organization on the benefits of Agile, with a specific focus on helping teams maximize the business value they deliver by building product ownership practices within the Agile framework.
Prior to this role, Brianne had been leading Velogica product owners and the Velogica application development teams. Brianne's teams were focused on maintaining, enhancing and ensuring the quality of the Velogica product. She was also responsible for understanding Velogica customers’ needs and aligning the product roadmap to best fulfil those needs. Brianne was part of the Velogica team for 14 years.
Brianne graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with a dual minor in math and insurance. She joined the company in 2008 after holding roles at both group health and direct writer life insurance companies.
Brianne has more than 20 years of experience in insurance including pricing, reserving, operations, automated underwriting development and product management.
