In recognition of the significance of SCOR's in-force portfolio in the US, Stephanie Dunn was promoted to her current position in 2020. Prior to her promotion, Stephanie served as the lead counsel responsible for legal matters relating to the business of SGL Americas, which included management of the legal function and treaty department.
Stephanie has been with the company since 2007. Prior to moving in-house, she was a member of the litigation group at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in the Washington, D.C. office. Her practice consisted of large, complex arbitration and litigation involving reinsurance and insurance disputes covering a broad spectrum of topics facing the insurance and reinsurance industries.
Stephanie is an active member of ARIAS US and the local chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. She earned her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and graduated with a B.A. in Public Policy from Hamilton College. She is admitted to practice in both New York and the District of Columbia.
